Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and certificates intact.
  • Products must not show any signs of use, wear, or alteration.
  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Energized or blessed products (such as energized Rudraksha Beads & Pendants, Tulsi Kanthi Mala, or Karungali Malas Hindu Idols)
  • Customized or engraved products
  • Products purchased during sale or discounted offers (unless defective)
  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Perishable or consumable items (if any)

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product via WhatsApp or Email.
  • Provide your Order ID and reason for return.
  • Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
  • Ship the product to the address provided by our team.

Note: Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos or videos of the damaged or defective product.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

We are not responsible for damage caused during shipping if the package was received in good condition.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund process will begin. Please note the following:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, Card, Wallet, etc.).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or damaged products.
  • In some cases, refunds may take longer depending on the payment method and bank processing time.

 

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, you will need to place a new order. However, in case of defective or damaged products, we may offer an exchange upon request.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or Email with your Order ID.

Conditions for Returns

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet our return conditions. Products that are returned in an unacceptable condition may be rejected, and no refund will be issued. In such cases, the product may be sent back to the customer at their own expense.

Important Notes

  • Spiritual and energized products cannot be returned once sold, as their energy may be affected.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind after the product has been used or opened.
  • Products must be returned in the same condition as received.
  • Any promotional or free gifts received with the order must also be returned along with the main product.

Governing Law

This Return & Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karnal, Haryana.
